Hi all!!!! Well I am not super new to fast frogs, I had the all white 106 Xsi. That was sold and I now have this !!! Its a 1998 306 GTi-6, NZ New, full service history, very well looked after. I live in Christchurch and bought the car from Auckland. I flew up on Saturday and drove to Welly, stayed the night with friends then caught the early ferry to the south island and on down to Christchurch, did 1100kms. Was a great way to get to know the beast and its such a sweet car, so different to my 106 Xsi and my 205 GTi. I had a few people on the way giving my car a second glance and one guy even gave me the thumbs up on the ferry... funny  :) If anyone in Christchurch is keen to have a French car catch up I am always keen. The road to Akaroa is crying out for my Pug. Thanks for reading. Cheers Paul

Hey Paul, cool car, looks mint. How does it compare with the 205 gti?

Thanks mate, yeah its a minter, really happy with it. I had the 1.6 205 GTi and its quite similar in some ways, main difference is obviously the size and does not feel quite as Go-Karty as the 205. I reckon the 306 handles just as well if actually a little better. Quite hard to think back been about 10yrs since i sold the 205  :D I knew the 306 would be good but it is better than i had hoped so I am stoked with it.
