Hiya, Another newbie here.I have a 1995 306 S16,6 speed and alloy intake(import GTI6 ?).I joined up last year as an info source.Car has been great,no problems, apart from aircon /fan not working(sounds common).
However last sunday was driving home from up north and she just stopped dead while in 5th at 80ks,wouldn,t restart and turning over slowly.Im after a workshop manual or link to one?

Sounds like something electrical perhaps? Where are you located?
Try here http://www.fastfrogs.co.nz/index.php/board,20.0.html for manuals but doubt that they'll be of much help. Probably better to try www.306gti6.com.

I had a car do that once. No warning lights. Turned out the battery was dead due to internal short. Weird.
