Title: Hi everyone from a recent newbie

Hello everyone,
Just seeking to return to a much more interesting mode of transport........
Recently missed out on acquiring a mint Pug 306 GTI 6 and fairly rough Citroen Volcane ZX GTI and now have an option for a few days on a Renault Megane RS Sport 225? Year 2005. I have a long history with the Pug brand, a little with the Cit; but know nothing about the Renault models from their sport division.
Reading many reviews on many sites has left me none the wiser as they variously describe that model and era to be either the most under rated model to a poorly assembled and problematical nightmare. I would really appreciate some feedback from satisfied or otherwise owners of these interesting cars.
Many thanks, in advance

Welcome. Interesting is good!
Nobody on here has taken the plunge with a RS Sport 225, even though they've been discussed in a positive light a number of times when one comes up for sale online.
Closest thing to it are a couple that have 3 door versions (see links from Renault projects).
