Title: Newbie
Post by: Cprob91 on December 05, 2010, 09:20:45 PM
How is everyone doing?
My name is Carwyn, Im 19 and living in christchurch. Im from the UK originally so have grown up around european vehicles. I have recently bought my 2nd peugeot, which is a 206 GTI. I owned a 106 XL last year when i was in England for a few months, and since having the 106, it was an absolute gem of a car. No problems and great on gas, so i was on the look for another pug, then my 206 came along  ;D. i absolutely love it and i hope to meet some more pug and french car enthuasists :).

Hey Carwyn

Welcome along buddy.. The North Island has a lot of things going on and the south is a little bit slower as there are less members but hey no reason why some fun times can't be arranged down that way..

Anyhow feel free to join in the fun and carry on here in the website.. Its weird at times but you get use to it..

See you around here more..

Gidday mate, you don't have to own weird old citroens to be welcome on this site.  I've got a 206 wag myself.  Although I can't tell you much about fixing them!  The best advice I have is keep it out of the barriers  ;D

Yeah I'm in Welly along with a few other GCs. I'm serious about driving my 306 up- I'm unusual in having two running frenchies...

Heaps of us Welly guys are heading to Famp - Some will be going during the day and some after work.. so you'll have plenty of chances to get in a convoy/ride..

Voldo is in Chch - and he may come, I haven't heard that as a fact - I just kinda made it up now.. but it may be true if you ask him.. :P

Hey bro,

pretty much all the details about fast camp are on that topic http://www.fastfrogs.co.nz/index.php/topic,5955.0.html (http://www.fastfrogs.co.nz/index.php/topic,5955.0.html).  There isn't really one person organising it, Famp is kind of like the internet where everyone is welcome and it only works when everyone does something!  Just chuck a reply on the topic and see what happens.

There are a few ideas blowing around for stuff to get up to, and it sounds like it will be wicked.  Oh yeah, it is going to be held in the best part of the North Island, the high bit in the middle which is a bit like the South Island.

Chur,

This post is long enough to have a formal structure.
