Hey guys,

New to the forum. Mainly a fan of the barvarian kind, flame away, but have a soft spot for the frenchies too. I managed to snake into one of the club gatherings a couple of weeks ago and met a few of members. Was amazed at what I witnessed. Cheers for showing me a very interesting/hospitable time btw Francis.

Although I don't have a frog currently, my first car was a ubercool clam-magnet 306xsi...
Atm my cars are both bimmers; '98 e36 touring, '90 e30 coupe frankenstein...

I am however on the lookout for a saxo vts or 106 gti, maybe even a clio (longshot), one of the reasons I joined here. So if anyone has the knowhow or whereabouts of a good deal on one let me know.

Anyway I look forward to seeing and learning more of the frenchies.

Cheers!

Welcome. The best place to find a cheap french car is everywhere, they are cheap.

I am partial to a BMW like I am a crazy hot ex girlfriend, I see one and think it looks fun, but have to remind myself that it wont drive as well as I remember, will break my heart and cost me a bloody fortune... oh and every other man and his black mate will want a drive it.

Welcome along! I like BMW tourings - I always wanted a M5 estate. I now have an M3 and a 308 estate, so I guess that's kind of the same thing.

What's Frankenstein-esque about your E30? V8 powered?

I can't seem to figure out how to post images atm, probably too damn tired to use my brain properly. Frankenstein or "Alice" as i like to call her is a facelift white coupe e30 with a few litres added onto the original 1989cc it came with. Shes got bits of bmw, toyota, mitsubishi, heck even some honda?? I won't shock you all too much with a description just let the pics do the talking once i get my shit together, but think m30 turbo...

I'm very interested in those 106's fellas, more so in the blue one as I'm scraping the barrel for cash currently.

Also let me know more about that ax, i almost fell in love with one i drove the other day, i don't really know why?

Tony's red e46/e30 mashup? My first was a black pfl m325 named black betty, the second a white 325 named rabbit, the third/current carried on the madd hatter theme with alice.
