Hi Peter,
Just so you're aware that Fastfrogs is not set up as just as a marketplace, that's why our classifieds section is restricted to members with 10 or more posts on the forum. We like to have members who contribute regularly, and so I'd encourage you to do so.
In saying that I'll allow your post to remain under introductions for now, as the car may be of interest to one of our members. It would be helpful if you were to include an asking price.

I have looked at models in the UK and good examples are for sale circa. 5000 pounds.

I tried looking but couldn't find anything around 5000 pounds

Most expensive one on Autotrader UK - £1300 - Not stock, suspension, ECU mapped, exhaust, wheels, etc

Most expensive one on eBay UK (Thats not a racecar) - £1950 - Not stock, suspension, C2 Engine, exhaust, etc
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2002-PEUGEOT-106-GTI-BLACK-MOT-APR-2016-/151747797479?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2354dfa1e7

Most expensive one on 106 Owners Club - £1000 - Not stock, minor suspension, cams, exhaust, etc

For £4600 you can get a no expenses spared rally car;

Good luck with the sale though, a black on black GTi would look sleek

Rastis

It does seem a little unrealistic...  I have been following 106s for a little while now and it would need to be pretty mint to get $4k I think

Mungous

I bought a Saxo VTS last year for $2k that just needed a starter and some paint tidying. Similar KMs too.
