wannabe 205 driver

ex-205 owner, now have 3 kids and a mortgage so have a 307SW with a dodgy air conditioning unit, would one day like to have a 205 again, but immediate concern is to get the air conditioning unit going again.

Symptons - used to work intermittently i.e on for 2 minutes, off for 2.  Now also when it is off, it feels like hot air is coming through the system

Take your pick of faults with 307's It may just need a re-gas or it could be the AC ECU, AC compresser, In-car air temp sensor,BSI. the list go's on. Where are you in Auckland? I could take a look if your out east.

I'm being told that the problem was with Heater Fan, which in turn led to a problem with the Climate Control Panel.  $2800 for two new parts or $860 second hand.  I might have to have a look myself.
