Peugeot 106 XSI or Rallye Wanted

Hi Im new to this forum and looking for a 106XSI or Rallye to replace my wifes 96 106XSI which has just broken its cambelt  ouch  !!

May be interested in a replacement head or complete engine if anyone has one for sale.

If the car is otherwise ok then I'm sure a replacement head/engine could be obtained from somewhere if you're prepared to keep looking out for an opportunity. Members on here are constantly finding & trading parts and should let you know if they come across something suitable. Bonne chance mon ami!

apparently you can use 1.6l 206 bits? see them in pick a part wreckers now and then.

Agreed the 206 head should fit! may also give a little more umph as well.

My old AX (albeit 1.4) had a 206 (1.4) head on it and apparently made a difference to the performance
